Welcome Keynote
For years we spoke about skilling as if the ground beneath it were stable. It is not. The way enterprises build a workforce is being rewritten in real time, and the old rulebook has quietly stopped working. Subbu and Kuljit open by naming the rules that have changed, and the one belief Disprz is willing to bet on: that leading through this shift is not about doing more of what worked before, but about rethinking who, and what, builds capability. No roadmap. No announcements. Only the frame the rest of the day will test.
AI Trailblazers :What the Best Do Differently
Three customers. Three different starting points. One thread what changed the moment AI stopped being a pilot.
The Hot Seat
A live, debate-style panel where two leaders argue for centralizing capability development under HR, and two argue for embedding it inside the business. No neat conclusion by design the point is hearing the real case each side makes.
Retire. Double Down. Build.
AI hasn't just changed what to build - it's forced a harder question: what's worth keeping.
Four senior leaders, one call each: the approach they're retiring because it's run its course, the bet they're doubling down on, and the capability they believe enterprises can't do without next.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Disprz or Docebo better?
Neither in general. Disprz for skills, frontline and a short timeline. Docebo for extended enterprise and deep configuration. Anyone answering this without asking who you are training is selling.
Which has better reviews?
On the 3 shared sites: G2 4.5 (86 reviews) against 4.3 (749 reviews); Capterra 4.7 (38 reviews) against 4.4 (237 reviews); Gartner Peer Insights 4.9 (6 ratings) against 4.5 (212 ratings). Disprz rates higher on 3 of 3. Docebo carries roughly 9x the sample (1,198 against 130), so read the scores next to the counts.
How much does each cost?
Neither publishes a list price. Both are quoted on headcount, modules and region. Ask both for a three-year total including content and services, and ask what becomes a separate line item in year two.
Which is easier to administer?
Disprz, on the public evidence: 4.7 against 4.3 on Capterra ease of use and 4.6 against 4.2 on customer service. Docebo's configurability is genuine, but reviewers consistently describe an administrative learning curve.
Which is better for training customers or partners?
Docebo, clearly. Extended enterprise with branded academies is its strongest differentiator and it is not what Disprz is built for.
How long does implementation take?
Disprz publishes 4 to 6 weeks. Docebo does not publish a figure and full enterprise rollouts are usually measured in quarters. Scope drives this more than the platform does: one business unit is not a global rollout.
What is the main complaint about each?
For Docebo: administrative learning curve, custom reporting being harder than expected, and cost growing with add-on modules and content. For Disprz: advanced reporting takes a learning curve, and the public review sample is much smaller, so there is less independent evidence to lean on.
