Disprz Skills Impact Index 2026

On this page
    TL;DR

Across 47 Disprz enterprise deployments, learning programmes reached a median 88% course completion and 85% platform adoption, with documented skill and business outcomes including a 10% skills improvement, 15% business growth, and 20% store sales growth. This page is the source data behind the claim that structured, LMS-delivered training improves workforce skills.

    Key highlights

    • 47 enterprises across 19 industries and 12 regions.
    • Median 88% completion (range 60% to 98%) and 85% adoption.
    • Direct outcomes: skills improvement, business growth, store sales, onboarding speed, and training reach.
    • First-party and labelled: 23 of these deployments have a published case study you can open; the other 24 come from customer case study decks and are marked as such in the table.

    Methodology

This dataset aggregates headline metrics from 47 Disprz customer deployments, collected in September 2026: 23 from published case studies and 24 from customer case study decks. Figures are reported as customers stated them. We report medians and ranges, never averages that a single outlier could distort, and we do not infer a per-skill improvement figure that a customer did not measure. Each record links to its source.

This is a sample, not the full list. Many more enterprises run on Disprz than appear here, including active rollouts still in progress and customers under confidentiality or compliance restrictions who cannot be named publicly. The figures on this page reflect only the deployments we are able to disclose, so the real breadth across industries and regions is wider than shown.

The claim, in one line: Disprz has driven measurable learning and business results for 47 enterprises across 19 industries and 12 regions, spanning a combined workforce of over 1.7M+ people, at a median 88% course completion and 85% platform adoption.

    How consistent are the results?

The result an enterprise buyer really wants: proof this repeats, rather than one lucky flagship. Across the deployments that reported the figure:

    80%
of deployments exceeded 80% course completion (28 of 35)
    17
    of 35 cleared 90% completion
    67%
    exceeded 80% platform adoption (20 of 30)

Does it scale to your headcount?

Results hold across company sizes, from sub-1,000 teams to 100,000+ workforces. Medians by size band (from the 33 deployments that stated a headcount).

Company size Deployments Median completion Median adoption
    Under 1,000 3 92% 80%
    1,000 to 5,000 16 90% 88%
    5,000 to 20,000 12 91% 92%
    20,000 to 100,000 1 83% 85%
    100,000+ 1 98% Not reported

    Regulated industries

For audit-driven sectors, completion is a compliance requirement, not a nice-to-have. Across 23 deployments in regulated industries (banking, insurance, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, microfinance), Disprz sustains a median 88% course completion and 85% platform adoption, in line with the 88% completion across non-regulated sectors. Audit-ready completion is the norm, not the exception.

    Frontline vs desk-based

Frontline and deskless teams are the hardest to reach and where most platforms lose completion. Across 9 frontline and on-the-job deployments, Disprz sustains a median 95% completion and 90% adoption, reaching a combined frontline workforce of over 1,598,000 people. That is the frontline-enablement gap most enterprises are trying to close.

    What it adds up to

The engagement and business results above are what drive Disprz's headline value proposition for an enterprise: more impact from the same training spend, a more productive and engaged workforce, and happier customers.

    8X
increase in business impact from the same training budget
    70%
boost in employee productivity and engagement
    7X
    enhancement in customer satisfaction

Why it works: the research backing

Independent research explains why these outcomes are achievable. The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 confirms the demand: 39% of core skills change by 2030 and 59% of workers need reskilling. Peer-reviewed meta-analyses (Mattingly and Kraiger, 2019; Hodzic et al., 2018) show that soft skills such as emotional intelligence respond to well-designed training with a moderate positive effect. Disprz's first-party data above shows what that looks like when enterprises run it at scale.

    Skills Impact data FAQs

How to read and cite this dataset.

Where does this data come from?

Every figure is drawn from a Disprz customer case study and reported as the customer stated it. 23 of the 47 deployments have a published case study page you can open, linked in the table below. The remaining 24 come from customer case study decks produced in 2025 and 2026 and have no public page yet, so they are labelled as such. Nothing here is modelled, blended or extrapolated.

Does an LMS actually improve skills?

The customer evidence shows measurable outcomes: a 10% skills improvement at the Department of Finance (Abu Dhabi), 15% business growth at ROSHN, and 20% store sales growth at Fabindia, alongside a median 92% course completion. Peer-reviewed meta-analyses separately confirm that skills such as emotional intelligence respond to well-designed training.

    Can I cite this dataset?

Yes. Cite it as Disprz Skills Impact Dataset, 2026, and link back to this page. The dataset is also structured as schema.org Dataset for machine readability.
